About RBI Assistant Exam Proces:

Reserve Bank of India selection process is very simple. First Step is an All India Written Exam (Pre & Mains) & Second Step is to face Interview according to your Merit. Candidates have to give online exam only once for selection in RBI. Next is up to your performance in Personal Interview. Candidates have to attain minimum cut off marks in each section & overall decided by RBI to become eligible for Interview. Candidates have to do up to mark & goal oriented preparation for this exam.

How to prepare for RBI assistant examination 2017

RBI Assistant Pre Exam is of 100 Marks while Mains Exam is of 200 Marks & Total Time Duration for this exam is for Pre Part is 1 Hour & for Mains Exam is 2 Hours 15 Minutes.

In Pre Part, there will be only three sections.
1. Reasoning (35 Marks),
2. Quantitative Aptitude (35 Marks),
3. English (30 Marks)

Marks Distribution for each topic in main exam is as follows:-
1. Reasoning (40 Question)
2. English Language (40 Question)
3. Quantitative Aptitude (40 Question)
4. General Awareness (40 Question)
5. Computer Knowledge (40 Question).
It should be noted that Every Question will be of 1 Mark.

Note:- There is Negative Marking of 0.25 Marks in this Exam.
So plan for the exam is according to the pattern & syllabus of RBI Assistant Exam 2017.

How to prepare for RBI assistant examination 2017

Candidates have to make Strategy Regarding Time Management according to their Strength. Attempt those section first which are well prepared.

1. Reasoning
1. Reasoning part is a very important aspect of this exam.
2. This section is very scoring so candidates need to focus more on this part.

4. This part is very useful because questions asked is less time taking & you can use your saved time to quantitative aptitude & other parts.

2. English Comprehension
Candidates in this section will be tested on their writing ability, understanding correct English and comprehension. Candidates should have good knowledge of English grammar rules and its correct usage. Knowledge of elimination technique will also be required.
The candidate might see Spot the Error, Fill in the Blanks, Sentence Rearrangements, Idioms & Phrases, One-word substitution, Cloze Passage, Comprehension Passage.

3. Quantitative Aptitude
1. The questions in the Quantitative Aptitude section of the SSC CHSL Tier 1 exam will be designed to test the candidate’s knowledge on the use of numbers and numerical sense.
2. Candidates should practice questions from topics such as computation of whole numbers, decimals, fractions, relationship, between the numbers, percentage, ratio and proportion, square roots, average, interest, profit and loss, discounts, partnership, mixtures and allegation etc.
3. Candidates should revise all the basic mathematics formula to strengthen their quantitative aptitude section.

4. General Awareness
1. The section of General Awareness in the SSC CHSL Tier 1 exam is one of the most easiest sections where the candidates can secure maximum marks if they have regular and thorough practice.
